Marina Services & Information
To apply for berthing facilities at Dover Marina, please download and complete the Mooring Application form and Email to marina@doverport.co.uk.
Available at Dover Eurochange in Townwall Street.
Dover Marina car parking is available to berth holders and visitors. They are located next to the Marina Office at the Granville Dock and at the Wellington Dock.
Prices start from £11.00 per month or £125.00 (annual berth holder permits)
The directors of George Hammond PLC act as Honorary Consuls for Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Iceland, the Netherlands and Sweden. Foreign nationals from these countries can contact them on +44 (0) 1304 201 201, if they require advice or assistance.
Fuel is available from the fuel berth alongside Crosswall Quay in the Tidal Harbour. There is a fast fuel pump supplying Marine Gas Oil. Payment can be made by cash or any major credit card.
Calor and Camping Gas can be purchased at the Sharp & Enright chandlery on Snargate Street, the BP petrol filling station in Limekiln Street and the Marina fuel berth.
The BP garage next to the Marina on Limekiln Street is open 24 hours and sells a wide range of food, household products, magazines and daily international newspapers, dry goods, cleaning materials and beverages. They also have an ATM/cashpoint facility and a Subway onsite which is open 6am-10pm daily
Wireless internet is available through Port of Dover Free Wi-Fi.
There are two laundry rooms: at Union Street and at Wellington Dock.
Incoming mail can be collected from the Marina Office. Please ensure that your vessel’s name is clearly marked on the envelope. Outgoing mail can be posted in the post box at the foot of the Marina Office steps. Dover Marina postcode is CT17 9BN.
Please contact the Marina Office if you are arriving from a non-EU country.
Pets residing in the UK are permitted in the Marina. They must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to come into contact with other animals. Owners with pets arriving from foreign ports must keep them on board otherwise an offence will be committed. Good hygiene must be adhered to at all times.
Facility available at the Fuel Berth.
A hoist, with a lifting capacity of 50 tonnes, is situated in Granville Dock. The hoist is equipped with a jib crane to remove masts, engines and other equipment weighing up to 1 tonne. If you wish to book the hoist or require further information about other specialist services please ask at the Boatyard Office, Tel: +44 (0) 1304 240400 Ext. 4545.
No swimming, diving or fishing is permitted within the confines of the Marina. Marina users are also asked to refrain from feeding wildlife. There is a 4 knot speed limit in the Tidal Basin and an 8 knot limit in the Harbour.
Key coded entrance to all berthing areas, plus eight cameras monitoring 24 hours a day in the Marina. Dover has a dedicated port police force and also operates a “Marine Watch” scheme.
Dover Marina recommends the Admiralty EasyTide service. A comprehensive tidal prediction service which provides tidal data for over 6,000 ports worldwide along with a host of other useful information.
Trolleys can be found at each security gate entrance to the pontoons. You will need a £1 coin to release the lock (which is refundable). Please return the trolleys after you have finished with them and please do not use them for the disposal of oil, dirty equipment or fish boxes.
Full toilet and shower facilities, plus baby changing facilities, are provided 24 hours a day. These are located next to the Marina Office.
These temporary facilities are due to the on-going Dover Western Docks Revival (DWDR), the Dover Marina Team apologies for any inconvenience caused whilst we improve our customer facilities.
The Port can accept vessel deliveries by sea and road transport.

Day-to-day rubbish should be disposed of in the blue bins, which are situated around the Marina. Battery, waste oil, scrap metal disposal and recycling facilities are available in the Marina Boatyard.
24 and 48 hour weather forecasts and synoptic charts are available from the Marina Office.
