Commercial Opportunities
The Port of Dover now provides external hire of the Port’s various Marine Services including the Harbour Pilot Vessel, MV David Church for charter and contract dredging and the Ports tugs.
The David Church is a bespoke and extremely versatile grab-hopper dredger based at the Port of Dover.
The David Church has the ability to both suction and grab dredge and as well as meeting the demands of operating in a major international gateway, is well suited to working in the tight confines of smaller ports. The David Church is available for charter and contract dredging.
The Harbour Pilot Vessels, the Dovorian and Director are vessels providing pilotage duties at the Port of Dover.
Both are vessels developed on the well proven hull form of the Aqua Star/Nelson range, a seaworthy single chine hull which has been developed and improved over many successful years. The Dovorian and Director are available for charter.
